Equipment Operator

Position Summary:

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment on excavation and construction job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, rollers, and related equipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow plans, grade stakes, and supervisor direction
• Maintain constant awareness of crew and surroundings
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel
• Keep equipment clean and report mechanical issues
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of equipment operation experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

Laborer

Position Summary:
Provides general labor support to excavation crews while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist operators and supervisors with daily tasks
• Perform physical labor including shoveling, lifting, grading, and material handling
• Set up and break down jobsite areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE
• Support trenching, pipe installation, and site prep

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Strong work ethic
• Construction experience preferred but not required
  

Lowboy Operator

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Lowboy Operator to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Transport heavy equipment safely to and from job sites
• Load and secure equipment properly
• Perform basic truck and trailer inspections
• Work closely with our field crews to keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid CDL 
• Experience hauling heavy equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed
